Revox practice with Jerôme Noetinger

This workshop offers a group practice of electroacoustic improvisation with analog tools. In this case, a Revox B77 tape recorder. How do you turn a machine that was intended to record and reproduce an audio signal into a sound-generating device? Some play and others listen. Then we talk, we exchange, we verbalise. We work first and foremost for ourselves but there will also be a public presentation at the end of the workshop. And we definitely won’t forget that in an experimental practice of music, the process of creating is more important than the result.
